Our classics, Alperitif® and Alperitivo® offer a special, alpine taste experience for all connoisseurs out there. However, with their incomparable quality and rich flavors, they are also a must-have in every sophisticated bar. Hence, we could not resist to play a little bit around and design our very own alpine cocktail recipes for the ultimate taste experience.
ALPERITIF - COCKTAILS
ALPERITIF - ALPINE NEGRONI
The aromatic depth and variety in flavor in which one can immerse oneself with an alpine Negroni seems almost endless. Depending on the choice of a more spicy or mildly herbal vermouth and the addition of Alperitif and Campari, you would not believe what unique flavor compositions can be created with just three ingredients.
Ingredients:
- Tumbler glass
- Big ice cube
- 3 cl Alperitif - Gin Liqueur
- 3 cl Campari
- 3 cl Dry Vermouth
- 1-2 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 lemon zest
Preparation:
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube and twist a lemon peel over the surface. Garnish with a lemon peel. Cheers, Julius
ALPERITIF - AMERICANO
Our Alperitif Americano is great alternative to the Alpine Negroni. The fresh citrus flavors of Alperitivo - Lola combined with the fruity and bitter flavors of Alperitif as well as Vermouth create a very refreshing summer drink.
Ingredients:
- Highball glass
- Ice cubes
- 3 cl Alperitif - gin liqueur
- 3 cl Red Vermouth
- Alperitivo - Lola
- 1 lemon zest
- Optional: 1 dash Angostura bitters
Preparation:
Pour Alperitif and Vermouth over the ice cubes in a highball glass, mix and stir until cold. Then infuse the mixture with Alperitivo - Lola and perfume and garnish with a lemon zest. For more sweetness, replace Alperitivo - Lola with Aqua Monaco - Lemon Bergamot. Optionally, add 1 dash of Angostura Bitter on top.
ALPERITIF - FRENCH 75
French 75. Named after a French cannon whose penetrating power was notorious and whose bang now echoes through the valleys of the Alps. The penetrating power of this drink can be increased by doubling the amount of gin. Or tripling it – if you are down for that.
Ingredients:
- Coupette
- 4 cl Alperitif - gin liqueur
- 1,5 cl lemon juice
- 0,5 cl sugar syrup (Simple Syrup)
- 4 cl Alperitivo - Lola
- Champagne
Preparation:
Pour Alperitif, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a shaker filled with ice cubes and shake for about 15 seconds (15 times). Strain into a chilled glass and top it with Alperitivo - Lola and Champagne (use more Champagne than Lola). Keep in mind that the amount of lemon juice should be reduced if you add more Alperitivo - Lola. Cheers, Julius
ALPERITIF - ALPIN FIZZ
The Alperitif - Alpin Fizz should not be missed on any good bar menu. The classic reinterpreted, to a symphony of alpine flavors.
Ingredients:
- Tumbler glass
- Ice cube
- 6 cl Alperitif - gin liqueur
- 2 cl lemon juice
- 1 cl angelica liqueur (or sugar syrup)
- Alperitivo - Lola (for topping)
- Optional: 1/2 egg white
Preparation:
Put all ingredients (except Lola) in a shaker, fill it with ice and shake for 10 to 15 seconds (10 to 15 times). Then strain into the glass on ice and top up with Alperitivo - Lola. If you prepare the drink with egg white, you will need to shake longer. The egg white makes the drink smoother. Cheers Julius
ALPERITIF X AQUA MONACO - 1407
Unbelievably simple and yet amazingly complex in taste. Our cocktail 1407 combines the best of the Alps with the refreshing fruity notes of Munich. Aqua Monaco's La Toronja mixer is the ideal counterpart to our Alperitif - Gin Liqueur. The Pink Grapefruit with a concise fruity undertone and balanced acidity emphasizes the subtly tart character of the Alperitif and creates a flavorful composition that is unmatched. Incredibly refreshing and perfect for summer. Cheers, Julius
Ingredients:
- Highball or wine glass
- Ice cubes
- 5 cl Alperitif - gin liqueur
- 20 cl La Toronja from Aqua Monaco
- 1 grapefruit slice
Tastes magical and only takes a few seconds! Put ice cubes (3-4 pieces) in a wine glass. Pour La Toronja by Aqua Monaco into the glass and finish with Alperitif - Gin liqueur. Add a slice of grapefruit. Voilà, it’s ready!
ALPERITIF - ANGRY BIRD (WHISKY SOUR)
A classic with Tyrolean charm. Not only the crystal clear air but also the essential oils of the best hay found in the mountains became part of the climate in which the Eagles Single Malt matured year after year. Cool in summer, frosty in winter led to the diverse flavors melding together to create a powerful product. Gladly, it maintains its powerful character in cocktails.
Ingredients:
- Tumbler glass
- Ice Cubes
- 6 cl Eagles Single Malt Whisky
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 2 cl sugar (Simple Syrup)
- 1 egg white
- Orange slice or orange zest
Preparation:
Put all ingredients (including the egg white) in a shaker which you then fill with ice cubes and shake for 10 to 15 seconds (10 to 15 times). Then proceed to shake it again for 15 to 20 seconds without any ice cubes - "dry". Finally, strain the drink into a glass and garnish with an orange zest. Cheers, Julius
ALPERITIF - GRANTLER (SOUR)
Remember, no matter what: Don't be sour!
Ingredients:
- Tumbler glass
- Ice cuebs
- 6 cl Alperitif - Gin Liqueur
- 2 cl lemon juice
- 1 cl sugar (Simple Syrup)
- 1/2 egg white
- Lemon peel
ALPERITIF - BRAMBLE
A drink that typically wins over the ladies! Fruity and sweet at first, paired with sour notes of blackberries and lemon it is perfect for warm summer evenings. Not only flavorful but also very much good looking in a glass because of its great color.
Ingredients:
- Tumbler glass
- Crushed Ice
- 2-3 blackberries
- 3 cl Alperitif - Gin Liqueur
- 2 cl Alperitif - Alpine Gin 43%
- 2 cl lemon juice
- 1 cl blackberry liqueur (Chambord)
Preparation:
Gently squeeze the blackberries into the glass. Pour the Alperitif, Alpine Gin and lemon juice into the tumbler and stir well with a long spoon, preferably a bar spoon, for about 10 seconds. Then fill the glass to the brim with crushed ice and slowly drizzle the blackberry liqueur over the top. Decorate your glass with a slice of lemon and two blackberries and serve the drink with a straw. Cheers, Julius
ALPERITIF - ALPEN SPRITZ
Refreshing and very simple. The perfect drink to cool down on hot summer days!
Ingredients:
- Wine glass
- 4-5 ice cubes
- 5 cl Alperitif - Gin liqueur
- 20 cl Alpine Tonic or Alperitivo
- 1 slice of orange
- Thyme sprig or blueberries
Preparation:
Start by putting a handful of ice (3-4 cubes) in a wine glass. Now, pour your tonic of choice into the glass and top it off with Alperitif - Gin Liqueur. If you like, you can add blueberries and lastly garnish your drink with a slice of orange or zest. Voilà, it's ready! Cheers, Angela
ALPERITIF - ALPINE MULE
One of my favorites on particularly warm summer days. The preparation is very simple while the taste is incredibly fresh and spicy.
Ingredients:
- Copper mug or highball glass
- Crushed ice
- 5 cl Alperitif - Gin liqueur
- 2 quarters of a lime (1-2 cl lime juice)
- Ginger Beer (Aqua Monaco organic ginger beer)
- Optional: Alperitivo - Lola (on top)
Preparation:
Gently squeeze the lime juice into the glass and add Alperitif and ice. Fill glass with Ginger Beer and top it off with Alperitivo - Lola. For more spice, increase the amount of Ginger Beer and reduce the amount of Alperitivo - Lola. Stir once and lift the lime slices from the bottom of the glass. Cheers, Julius
ALPERITIF - INNSBRUCK MULE
The London mule recreated with a modern touch – inspired by the heart of the Alps, Innsbruck. With a fairly simple preparation it amazes with its refreshing and spicy taste.
Ingredients:
- Copper mug or highball glass
- Ice cubes
- 5 cl Alperitif - Alpine Gin 48%
- 2 quarters of a lime (1-2 cl lime juice)
- Ginger Beer (Aqua Monaco organic ginger beer)
- Optional: Alperitivo - Lola (on top)
Preparation:
Gently squeeze the lime juice into the glass and add our Alpine Gin over ice. Fill the glass with Ginger Beer and top it off with Alperitivo - Lola. For more spice, increase the amount of Ginger Beer over the Alperitivo - Lola. Stir once and lift the lime slices from the bottom of the glass. - 5 cl Alperitif - Alpine Gin 48%
- 1,5 cl lemon juice
- 1 cl sugar syrup (simple syrup)
- Alperitivo - Lola
- Slice of lemon or lemon zest

ALPERITIF - GIN & TONIC
Gin and tonic is a well-known classic. But be honest, how good is a gin without its matching tonic? Specially created for each other, our Alpine Gin and Alperitivo - Tonic form the perfect match for the alpine G&T. To emphasize the diversity of flavors of the Alps even more, we created Alperitivo - Larch Tonic which is a filler that also incorporates the vast forests of Tyrol. The subtle mineral citrus tones of the larch tops compliment the mildly resinous juniper aroma, creating a refreshingly new alpine taste experience.
Ingredients:
- Your favorite glass of choice
- Ice cubes
- 4-5 cl Alperitif - Alpine Gin 48%
- Alperitivo - Tonic or Alperitivo - Larch Tonic
- Blueberries or lemon zest
Preparation:
Pour all ingredients over ice cubes in your glass and stir gently once. Garnish your alpine G&T with blueberries or a lemon zest and enjoy. Cheers, Julius

ALPERITIF - GIN FIZZ
Classic gin flavor refined with citrus notes, combined with our Alperitivo Lola turns out to be an impressive fizz.
Ingredients:
- Tumbler or highball glass
- Ice cubes
- 6 cl Alperitif - Alpine Gin 48%
- 2 cl lemon juice
- 1 cl angelica liqueur (or sugar syrup)
- 1/2 egg white
- Alperitivo - Lola (for topping)
ALPERITIF - SODA
The fruity bitter notes and aromatic character of Alperitif® make it a very versatile base spirit, especially in combination with fillers. The Alperitif - soda has a comparatively low alcohol content and is tangy as well as fizzy due to the soda water. As an alternative to the lemon zest, a slice of lemon can also be used.
Ingredients:
- Tumbler or highball glass
- Ice cube
- 6-8 cl Alperitif - Gin liqueur
- Sparkling water
- Optional: 1-2 dashes of angostura bitters and orange bitters
Preparation:
Pour Alperitif over ice cubes into a tumbler or highball glass, top it with sparkling water and stir gently. For a more sour flavor, a dash of Alperitivo - Lola can be added. As a final step, perfume and garnish with orange peel. Cheers, Julius

Sweet and sour, fizzy and fruity - the Alperitivo Fizz is an incomparably fresh drink!

- 1,5 cl Runny honey
- 10 cl Alperitivo

ALPERITIVO - TOXIC GARDEN
This mocktail is everything but toxic. Refreshing and easy to make it is perfect for summer!
Ingredients:
- Tumbler or highball glass
- Ice cubes
- 1cl elderberry syrup
- 7cl Alperitivo - Lola
- 10cl Alperitivo - Tyrolean Larch Tonic
- 1 slice of cucumber the width of your thumb
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Preparation:
Quarter the cucumber slice and gently squeeze it into your glass. Pour all the ingredients into the highball glass over ice cubes (4 to 5) and mix everything together. Finally, perfume and garnish it with a lemon zest. Cheers, Julius
ALPERITIVO - PINK TONIC
Not only amazingly tasty but also pretty to look at!
Ingredients:
- Tumbler or highball glass
- Ice cubes
- 6 cl grapefruit juice
- 12 cl Alperitivo - Tonic
- 4 cl Alperitivo - Lola
- 1 slice of a grapefruit
- Optional: 1 sprig of rosemary
Preparation:
Wash the grapefruit with hot water, dry it off, cut in half and further into smaller pieces. Pour all ingredients over ice into a tumbler, add the grapefruit slices and mix everything together. Cheers, Julius
ALPERITIVO - CHERRY mint2
The cherry flavor with fresh mint and some sourness goes fabulously together with Alperitivo tonic and Lola to create an exceptional aroma.
Ingredients:
- Highball glass
- Ice cubes
- 10 cl Alperitivo - Tonic Water
- 4 cl cranberry juice
- 10 cl cherry juice
- 6 cl Alperitivo - Lola
- 6-8 mint leaves
Preparation:
Pour the cranberry and cherry juice including the mint into a shaker, fill it with ice cubes and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds (about 10 to 15 times). Then strain the drink into the glass over ice and top it off with Alperitivo - Tonic and Lola. Mint can be added to the glass for decoration. Cheers, Julius
ALPERITIVO - BERRYMORE
Incredibly modern and “berry” refreshing!
Zutaten:
- Tumbler or highball glass
- Ice cubes
- 5 blackberries
- 14 cl Alperitivo
- 6 cl Alperitivo – Lola
- 4-6 mint leaves
- Optional: 1 cl elderberry or sugar syrup (simple syrup)
Preparation:
Gently squeeze the blackberries into the glass and add elderberry/sugar syrup. Clap mint between your palms and add it to the remaining ingredients before stirring gently. Fill your glass with ice cubes and top it off with Alperitivo – Lola and Alperitivo Tonic. Cheers, Julius
ALPERITIVO - Mango madness
With its fruity and fresh notes as well as sweet undertones this drink offers everything you could wish for. And let’s just say – we are not mad about it!
Ingredients:
- Tumbler or highball glass
- Ice cubes
- 12 cl mango juice
- 4 cl orange juice
- 6 mint leaves
- 10 cl Alperitivo - Lola
Preparation:
Pour the mango and orange juice including the mint into a shaker, fill it with ice cubes and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds (about 10 to 15 times). Then strain the drink over ice into your glass and top it off with Alperitivo - Tonic and Lola before stirring gently. Last but not least, cut a few thin slices of mango and add them to the mix as decoration. Cheers, Julius
ALPERITIVO - BITTERMANS FRIEND
A symbiosis of fruity and bitter undertones reminds in combination with ginger beer of a mule. However, topped off with our Alperitivo, it presents itself as the perfect alcohol free option.
Ingredients:

- 10 cl Alperitivo
- 2 cl orange juice
- 8 cl Ginger Beer
- 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
Preparation:
